Troubleshooting tips for eDynamo's

When connected properly, Device ID should have a 7 Hex Digit number populated.

Something like: A023FE6

Test connection button should give you a succesful confirmation.

Device not connecting issue

If device does not connect, do the following:

 

·         Unplug USB from chip device
·         Hold tiny button down on the side until device shuts off
·         Plug back in USB cable
·         Check for Device ID population and run a test
